It’s wild to think that a label with so much international hype is still just getting started. Yet here we are, with Belgian techno queen Amelie Lens dropping the ninth bomb from her EXHALE imprint on July 26th.

Already a playground for heavy hitters like TRYM, ACOR, Joey Risdon, 999999999, AIROD, and of course Amelie herself, EXHALE is cranking it up another notch.

After a streak of killer singles from Amelie and Antwerp’s own BYØRN, EXHALE is ready to blow minds with its fifth VA. This one’s got 13 tracks from 15 artists, mixing big names with fresh talent, and even a couple of collabs.

Kicking things off, Amelie Lens herself drops ‘Underneath The Strobelights’, complete with her signature vocals. Antwerp’s NOVAH makes her debut after some hot b2b sets with BYØRN, delivering ‘Inner Odyssey’. Young Irish prodigy Luciid joins the party with ‘Era Of Us’. BYØRN returns with the beastly ‘Our Destiny’, followed by SWART’s high-octane ‘Extazy’. Teletech’s Alex Farell teams up with Farrago for the relentless ‘All Systems Go’, and French young gun ARDL cranks out raw techno with ‘Hyperactive’.

Dark and distorted vibes come from FLKN’s 303-inspired ‘Rumble’. UK’s Aaron Hibell brings the vampiric groove with ‘1999’. Berlin’s Afem Syko, known for his wild sets, hits hard with ‘Slingshot’. Terra Novae’s Chemtrailz partners with Hani on the trance-tinged ‘Goddessblood’. Italy’s Rian Wood fires up the second-to-last track with ‘Anima’, blending hard techno with neo rave and old-school flavors.

Closing this epic VA is La Kajofol from France with ‘Black Rhapsody’. Her unique ‘Mystical Techno’ style fuses hypnotic psytrance and techno with eerie vocals.

EXHALE VA005 dives into a spectrum of genres, nodding to psytrance, breakbeat, hardstyle, classical, and even drum & bass. It’s a hardcore dancefloor feast, showcasing pure artistry.

EXHALE VA005 is set to be one of this summer’s biggest techno releases.
